Great Weekend Experiences
This past weekend the youth were very busy helping in different areas here at Faith Community.
On Saturday we volunteered at our community coat drive. This was a very successful community outreach. This year we gave out over 800 coats, gloves and hats. The teens worked hard to help our guest move through the process, helped setup, and even helped clean up afterwards. Thanks to all that gave up part of your Saturday afternoon to serve and help those in our community. You made a difference.
In Sunday school we took a look at what we would need to do to leave a legacy that we want. We spent time encourage students to focus on the small tasks as the will create the possibilities for achieving the big tasks. We also had a drama team perform in both service honoring our veterans. They did a great job.
